Electronics Test Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Test Supervisor to lead and oversee testing operations for advanced RF and microwave systems, including Traveling Wave Tube Amplifiers (TWTAs). This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of test technicians and engineers
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and testing procedures
Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback
Testing Operations
Oversee RF, electrical, and thermal testing of RF/microwave products
Analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product performance meets specifications
Develop and manage testing schedules to support production timelines
Process Improvement
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve design and production issues
Maintain and improve test documentation, procedures, and reporting
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
5+ years of experience testing RF/microwave systems (TWTA experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of RF principles, high-voltage systems, and power supplies
Proven leadership experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
